A student film produced and directed by a senior at Northwest Nazarene University is casting for 2 main parts. The film has no dialogue, and therefore will rely heavily on the actions and expressions given by the actors. The film will be short, around 4 minutes in length. Filming will take place in February 24th-27th. Casting will take place next week and the week after. Please only respond if you are available during the shooting dates. The parts that are casting are as follows:
Michael: Sweet (70-80 yr old) elderly man, who in the film, is blind. He is gentle, he may come across as grumpy at times but in his heart, he is good and kind.
Brooklyn: Adventurous (6-9 yr old) girl, loves to be imaginative. In the film, we learn that she is deaf-not a factor that holds her back in doing anything. She feels very free, and is not afraid to be different. She is bold, only when around those that she knows, but very shy around others. It takes her a while to make friends.

The script will not be given out to practice, sides will be provided at the time of audition.
