Non-profit seeks Development Director. Must have development experience in the arts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Excellent organizational skills. Experience in designing and implementing successful strategies for seeking, obtaining and stewarding major gifts. Ability to work well in teams, be an effective collaborator, mentor, and facilitator. Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre's (CST) mission is to produce live performances of theatre for the benefit, education and appreciation of our audience. We are North Idaho's only professional theatrical performing arts organization and one of the premier entertainment attractions in our region.
Each year CST produces 4 fully-staged, professional Broadway musicals in a 16-week period during the summer. We also offer day-camps for kids and teens, teaching performance skills taught by professional actors, as well as theatrical education programs for adults.
